After finishing my Masters from Delhi school of Economics, I took up teaching at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher learning at a very young age of 22 years and within few months I was promoted as Assistant Professor. Life was great I was living inside the college campus where I did the dual duty of teaching students at college and mentoring students in the hostel who were struggling with personal issues. I had a perfect life – a successful career, a loving family, and a circle of friends. In the depths of despair, I discovered the power of resilience and the strength that comes from embracing one’s vulnerabilities. The pain became a driving force, fuelling the passion to help others navigate their own struggles. Driven by my own painful experience, I decided to channel my strength into helping others navigate the complexities of life. I decided to dedicate my career into becoming a life coach for students and women to help them navigate through their own struggles, offering them a glimmer of hope in their darkest moments. Decision to become a life coach, not just as a profession, but as a calling. Now I am on a mission to educate and inspire 100,000 individuals to prioritize their mental health and develop the mindset, habits, and skills necessary which will drive them to success
I was living a perfect dream life when adversity hit me hard.
I lost my mother at a very young age. I was emotionally shattered. This devastating blow left me feeling adrift in a world that had suddenly turned cold and unfamiliar.I was struggling to come out of the overwhelming grief. It was during these dark moments that I decided to undergo life coaching course to battle with my everyday pain. Instead of succumbing to the despair that threatened to consume me, I made a choice – a choice to honor my mother’s memory by turning her pain into a force for good. Ma'am actually after taking a session from you ,my screen time has drastically reduced from 7 hours to 1 hour.Early in the morning i am reading out affirmations to myself for that particular day.I cannot say that i am fully practicing what ever you told me ,but i have put almost everything into practice (maybe 80%).I became all the more conscious about my seating posture.I have started visualising my marksheet too.I am always thinking of doing something great in my life.I have realised, how my brain starts malfunctioning.During the 5 minutes mandatory break, which i am supposed to take,during that break I am doing eye ball movement excercise and also deep breathing .This quick procedure relaxes my mind . Finally i could say that .i have changed as a person-

After knowing how important these things are, thank u so much for guiding us how to set Aspirational and process goal I personally feel very satisfied with the session even if u have not completed the minor part that was related with distraction but u almost covered the major part of the objective of this master class....
